The PAL launches its 2009 Summer Program in Staten Island with Summer Play Streets. Beginning Monday, July 6 from 9am - 5pm. PAL will close off selected streets to give children safe, supervised places to play. Youngsters can play traditional sidewalk games, develop their creativity through the arts, and learn from a wide range of educational, recreational and cultural arts specialists.
